With over two decades of experience as a trusted coach, mentor and leader, Tej’s influence is evident in the success and growth of those he has guided. Prior to joining professional services, Tej was the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for firms such as IBM and HSBC Bank Canada. The last five years have been in professional services, where he established and led trusted, successful partnerships with clients across multiple industries and DE&I maturity. In 2024 Penny Drop Advisory was established to bring to market almost two decades and a lifetime of lived experiences, guiding leaders and organizations who are in pursuit of becoming a better version of themselves.

His work is personal: as the parent of a young adult with disabilities, Tej is driven to create environments where individuals and communities can reach their full potential.

Born in the United Kingdom, Tej immigrated to Canada with his spouse in 1996 where they now live raising their son.
