Rosemary Morrison
Improv is for everyone.
Rosemary Morrison (she/her) is an interdisciplinary theatre & performance artist. Rosemary grew up in on Treaty 7 territory in Mohkínstsis/Calgary and is now based on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
Her practice is a patchwork of improv, theatre, community engagement and tabletop roleplaying games. Rosemary is the Improv for Wellness Manager and a Facilitator with Improv for Work and Wellness, a Professional Game Master and Owner of Bardic Inspiration, a youth Dungeons & Dragons program, and the Education Director at Queerprov. Rosemary has a BFA in Theatre and Performance from Simon Fraser University. She and fellow alumni created Through the Wormhole Theatre Co., a new performance collective.
Rosemary is passionate about improv's ability to facilitate connection and improve wellness, and she loves being able to share improv through the Improv for Wellness programs.
