Quinn Contini

The skills I've learned through improv have given me the confidence to walk into any situation no matter how uncomfortable, and know that I can navigate my way through it.

Teaching and performing improvisation has brought Quinn from coast to coast in Canada and the USA, around Europe twice, and as far as Dubai! He is thrilled to be a facilitator with the meaningful work of Improv for Work and Wellness, where he coaches everything from Public Speaking to the Parkinson’s Performance Troupe.

Born and raised in Calgary, Quinn's own improv training began at Loose Moose Theatre in 2008, but he now calls Edmonton home, and has been with Rapid Fire Theatre since 2014. Quinn is a Co-founder of both Tightrope Impro Theatre (Vancouver) and Marv n’ Berry Sketch Comedy (Edmonton). A few emcee credits include: the Ronald MacDonald House Charity Gala numerous times, EPCOR's holiday gala and the Dog Show at the Calgary Stampede. When he’s not performing or coaching, he’s likely somewhere in the Rocky Mountains, hiking, biking, camping, or simply sitting and enjoying nature with his partner and their 1 year old son.
