Our Improv for Innovation program is designed to strengthen your team’s ability to work together and ideate. Exercises focus on collaboration and how to move past ‘mistakes’ and embrace that they are part of the process of innovation -- all using the power of improv!
Improv requires us to be present, to listen and to co-create. By applying this approach in the workplace, we deliver tangible results in how teams work and communicate with each other. No performance required!
Unify & Inspire
Participants practice key improv skills and incorporate them into how they work together and innovate. Exercises focus on two central themes: Collaboration & Co-Creation and Welcoming Mistakes. Through improv, we will explore what it feels like to inspire others, spark engagement and learn how 'failure' can springboard forward momentum.
